HOW IT ALL BEGAN

As the young Rolf Kammerer in his father‘s plastering business laboriously working on sgraffito he thought to himself:
“There must be an easier way to do this.”.
This thought was to stay with him for a long time and then it grew into an idea: the Chameleon universal machine.

This marked 1982 the birth of Rolf Kammerer – Machine-Technology, or in short: Rokamat.
The Chameleon was only the first step. Other ideas for machines
soon followed, for example the plaster finishing machine PFM.

He always had his task firm in his mind: To make the everyday work of craftsmen easier. Or to put it with our slogan: easy working.
